Check- In: 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm (or other prearranged time)
Check-Out: Noon

Breakfast: Each morning guests are invited to help themselves to a continental plus breakfast (fruits, cereal, bakery, beverages, peanut butter, jams, boiled eggs, etc). Linger with your morning coffee in the family room, on the screened porch overlooking the prairie or at one of several picnic tables found on the 18-acre grounds.

To confirm your reservation - a deposit may be required. When required, deposit must be received within seven days from the date the reservation is made. Mail deposit check to: Welcome, HOME B&B • 4260 W. Hawthorne Drive ~ West Bend, WI 53090.

Cancellations: We understand that things happen… should cancellation be necessary, we appreciate as much notice as possible. IF we rebook the room(s) for the date(s) you have reserved, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days following the reservation date(s).
For all date(s) the room(s) remain vacant, no refund will be issued.

Children: To guarantee the enjoyment of all, families with children 8 years old and younger, are welcomed when a single group occupies (or pays for) both guest rooms.

Pets: Service dogs are, of course, welcome. Other pets accepted on a limited basis and ONLY with prior approval. Sorry, due to allergies, cats are not allowed at any time. Detailed Pet Policy.

No Smoking is allowed anywhere in the house, on the porches or decks.
